Breathing Air Trailer

Hypres Equipment can custom design your breathing air trailer with all the amenities you require. Standard breathing air trailers are built with a Hypres horizontal diesel, gas, or dual drive open frame compressor, dual Class 2 Containment, complete air management panel, (4) DOT 6000 psi air storage bottles mounted directly below the compressor. All components are mounted on one skid. 

Compressor:

  • Horizontal open frame with a North American 3 or 4 stage compressor
  • 6 to 18 CFM @ 5000 to 6000 PSI
  • Gas or Diesel driven

Class 2 Containment:

  • Safety Interlock control system
  • (2) Fill hoses w/SS bleed valve & fill adapter
  • NFPA 1901 certified

Air Management Panel:

  • Gauge & valve for each DOT cylinder (4)
  • Gauge & valve for each fill position (2)
  • Adjustable regulator 0-6000 PSI

Air Storage:

  • (4) DOT 5000 or 6000 storage cylinder cascade system
  • Horizontal or Vertical storage rack
