The HPE4550-3-O-CL2 stationary cylinder fill enclosure fills three cylinders at a time. This enclosure provides increased safety during the fill process, only operating when the door is closed and locked. The HPE4550-3-O-CL2 is designed to contain the destructive force of an accidental cylinder failure or hose rupture, while allowing the air blast to be vented away from the operator.

The Class 2 Containment from HYPRES is NFPA 1901 compliant. A rupture test was performed by a third party certified licensed engineering testing facility. The rupture test followed NPFA recommended guidelines for a rupture test.

Oxygen Cleaning Process

HYPRES has developed an oxygen cleaning process that conforms to the requirements of CGA and ASTM and is one of the best processes available.  Utilizing a brand-name Ultra-Sonic Cleaner and a Black-Light Detection System for Quality Assurance, this process meets or exceeds the published requirements of the Compressed Gas Association (CGA G-4.1) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM G 93).

Safety Feature

Safety Interlock System prevents SCBA or SCUBA filling unless the front access door is completely closed and locked in place. All air control components are located inside the compartment. The carriage design "tilts" toward the operator whenever the door is opened. This facilitates loading and unloading cylinders and minimizes operator fatigue.
