HPE6550-2-OCL2-B

The HPE6550-2-OCL2-B station mount cylinder fill enclosure fill two D or E oxygen cylinders at a time.  The unit is equipped with a fully integrated oxygen cleaned booster and oxygen management panel. The booster gives the ability to retrieve virtually all the oxygen from the oxygen storage cylinders. The integration provides one single footprint.

The enclosure provides increased safety during the fill process, only operation when the door is closed and locked.  The HPE6550-2-OCL2-B is designed to contain the destructive force of an accidental cylinder failure or hose rupture, while allowing the energy blast to be vented away from the operator.

OXYGEN  CLEANING

 

Hypres Equipment oxygen cleaning process follows the recommended practices for oxygen cleaning, published in the Compressed Gas Association document, CGA G-4.1 and American Society for Testing and Materials document, ASTM G 93.

 

Hypres Equipment oxygen cleaning procedure follows the recommendations published in the American Society for Testing and Materials document, ASTM G 88 and ASTM pamphlet, Design Strategies for Polymer – Lined Flex Hose Distance / Volume Pieces.

 

Safety Interlock System prevents SCBA or SCUBA filling unless the front access door is completely closed and locked in place. All air control components are located inside the compartment. The carriage design "tilts" toward the operator whenever the door is opened. This facilitates loading and unloading cylinders and minimizes operator fatigue.
